Actually, I never liked Brussel sprouts...but then I had the overcooked, mushy frozen ones. I gag even to smell them. Several women told me that when you roast them in the oven, fresh, with some olive oil, garlic and seasonings, they are REALLY good. I don't know about the REALLY part but I am willing to try.
